2. Products and Pricing

We do our best to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, availability, and prices accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel any order affected by an error.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues that prevent us from completing the order.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will return the amount paid using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

4. Shipping

We ship to the locations and at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Please keep in mind that our first launch only includes a preorder, and products will shop out in early November.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Printed By Eve does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange only. To request a return, email shopprintedbyeve@gmail.com before sending the item back and include your order number and reason for the return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead. Store credit will be provided after the returned item is received and inspected and may be used toward a future purchase from Printed By Eve.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact shopprintedbyeve@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide an exchange or store credit, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to Printed By Eve or its content suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, to commit fraud, to interfere with the website’s operation, or to infringe on the rights of Printed By Eve or another person.
